Pricing questions
What counts as a website?
A website is one project in your workspace — usually one domain. Each project gets its own embed key, feedback forms, inbox and settings. Subdomains you want triaged together can share a project.
What happens when I hit my plan’s website limit?
Existing projects keep working and collecting feedback. You just can’t create new ones until you upgrade or archive an old project.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Solo and Studio start with 14 days free — you get the full plan before the first charge. Cancel inside the trial from the billing page and you pay nothing. Agency is billed from day one; the 30-day refund window below covers you instead.
Can I pay in euros or dollars?
Billing is in GBP. The currency switcher above shows indicative EUR and USD prices at the latest European Central Bank rate, so you know roughly what your card will be charged.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes — changes are prorated by Stripe automatically. Switching to yearly effectively gets you two months free.
Do you offer refunds?
If Bugpot isn’t working out in your first 30 days on a paid plan, email us and we’ll refund the payment in full.
Can I self-host instead of paying?
The stack is self-hostable for teams with strict data-residency requirements. Get in touch via the contact page and we’ll point you at the setup docs.
